About Us
Our story began in 1957 when our founder, Ron Coady, arrived from England. After immigrating to the U.S. and driving vehicles for Drive-Away companies there, he noted the absence of any such service in Canada and promptly formed Toronto Drive-Away Service (Nationwide) Inc. in 1959.
Our company was an instant success, and 63 years later we are the premier Drive-Away Service in North America. Ron Coady retired in 2015 and the company is now owned and operated by John Carino who started delivering vehicles for the company over 30 years ago and then joined our office staff 11 years ago.
John is supported by his daughter Alexia who has been with the company since 2018.
